These terms govern the text messaging program operated by MID ATLANTIC HOME REMODELING INC, doing business as Mid Atlantic Home Remodeling.
We send text messages to homeowners who have requested a remodeling consultation or estimate from us and who have given their consent on our website form. Messages relate to your enquiry, scheduling and confirming your appointment, reminders before your appointment, and delivery of your written quote. If you separately opted in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers and seasonal promotions.
You opt in by checking one or both of the unchecked consent boxes on our consultation request form. The boxes are separate: one covers enquiry and scheduling messages, the other covers marketing messages. Neither box is checked by default, neither is required in order to submit the form, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive messages in response to your enquiry and around the time of a scheduled appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from that program.

Our messaging program is supported by major carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket and Google Voice, as well as a number of smaller regional carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, or delivered on time.
We do not sell, rent, lease or share your phone number or your SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
